Coaching Agile Transitions with Lean Change Management

Virtual Cohort

This 6-week program runs from August 25 to September 29, 2020. 90-minute calls are held weekly at 1pm EST starting Tuesday August 25, 2020.

Those who successfully complete this course qualify for IC Agile's ICP-CAT (Coaching Agile Transitions) certification.

About this Virtual Cohort

  • How is this course facilitated?

    Attendees are granted access to the material which is a mix of personal video instruction from Lean Change Management author Jason Little, screencasts, and interactive homework assignments.

    Weekly 90-min calls occur for 6 weeks where we review the material, conduct additional facilitated exercises and answer any questions about the content or concepts.

  • What tools are used?

    Video calls happen via Zoom and all in-class exercises during the calls are done using Google Jamboards and other Google tools.

  • How can I prepare?

    Make sure you are familiar with accessing and using Google Drive. It is a good idea to have a headset and good quality microphone for the weekly calls.

  • What else is important that I should know?

    You keep access to the material for 1 full calendar year, along with access to our Slack for ongoing help and support.
