About this Virtual Cohort

  • How is this course facilitated?

Attendees are granted access to the material which is a mix of personal video instruction from Lean Change Management author Jason Little, screencasts, and interactive homework assignments.

Weekly 90-min calls occur for 6 weeks where we review the material, conduct additional facilitated exercises and answer any questions about the content or concepts.

  • What tools are used?

Video calls happen via Zoom and all in-class exercises during the calls are done using Google Jamboards and other Google tools.

  • How can I prepare?

Make sure you are familiar with accessing and using Google Drive. It is a good idea to have a headset and good quality microphone for the weekly calls.
